JAFA Coaching Packages


Standard programs

• Two  45 - 55 minute calls per month - with email support
  Similar to the above plan, this program offers a bit more flexibility
  in scheduling as the sessions are only twice a month - perfect for individuals who
  travel regularly  for work or have multiple commitments - Fee: $300 per month

• Two 30 minute calls per month - with email support
  For those wanting consistent coaching with fewer number of sessions,
  length of time of sessions or lower monthly costs - Fee: $200 per month
  One 1 1/2 hour brainstorming and clarifying session per month
  This program is designed for Executives, Entrepreneurs or Expat Managers
  who benefit from having a 3rd party on their team for success - Fee: $350 per month
  
  Special Programs
   

• Love Immigrants - two thirty minute sessions per month
  This is for people who are in a multi cultural relationship or have
    moved to be with the one they love or want to. The focus can cover
  immigration concerns, cultural issues, relationship solutions, finding work in a new area,
  building a support system in a new country, in-laws and more - Fee: $200 per month

(please note fees for the  above special programs are focused on those topics.
If you want standard Life coaching in addition to those areas please discuss
with me other options or prepare to upgrade to a different program in the future)
 

• Consultations
  I do work with individuals who prefer a consultation call when desired
  instead of an ongoing coaching relationship. 
  These sessions are billed at my hourly rate of $125.00
   

• Email only to address specific goals or target areas
  This type of coaching is convenient for those in remote locations
   or who have expensive phone rates.
  An email session consists of an email from JAFA,
  a response from the client, a wrap session reply from JAFA.
  Fee: $250 per month
   

• Instant Messenger - online coaching
  This type of coaching is convenient for those in remote locations
   or who have expensive phone rates and want a "real time" response.
  This is available during JAFA business hours - we determine an outline for messaging
  together  - whether it is an online session or unlimited access for questions only.
  Fee: $250 per month
   

• Quarterly Coaching Check - Up (QCC Program ™)
   to provide maintenance coaching
  All my accountability coaching clients are offered this program
   when they desire to transition into maintenance coaching.
  It is a 1 hour session quarterly with monthly email and additional benefits
  to the program.  Fee: $250 per Quarter
   

• CoachView Online Assessment with discovery session
  Accurate and helpful tool to explore your
  * 9 work behaviors
  * 24 personality Traits
  * 3 Interest Scales
  Client completes online and both client and coach receive assessment results.
  One hour discovery phone session helps clarify ways for client to utilize the information
  to their advantage both personally and professionally.
     Fee: $250

Group Coaching Programs

• Lose the Stress Expat Support Group
  2 calls per month group coaching providing support, tips, community
  and tools for making the most of your life by greatly reducing the negative stress.
  Individual support and fieldwork will be included
   Monthly fee: $149  (3 month program)
  Please note you also incur the phone costs for dialing a US based
  conference number for approximately 2 hours per month.

•  Less Stress, More Love Love Immigrants Support Group
  2 calls per month group coaching providing support, tips, community
  and tools for making the most of your multicultural relationship
  and future together.
  Very affordable monthly fee: $99  (3 month program)
  Please note you also incur the phone costs for dialing a US based
  conference number for approximately 2 hours per month.
